All St. Ignatius coaches are asked to either be CPR certified or take one of our CPR/Health Training classes. If you have an active certification, through work as an example, please complete this registration as exemption from taking one of our classes.
- By completing this form, you are verifying that you are currently CPR certified.
- Once you complete this form, you do not need to fill it out again for future seasons. Your name will be added to our database as being certified, and no action will be needed for the foreseeable future.
**This form should not be completed by anyone but the person who is confirming his/her CPR registration. Doing so creates additional profiles and issues within the existing Member Directory.
